Grown at elevations between 1,300 and 1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil, the beans are fully washed and sun dried to preserve their clarity and natural sweetness. This medium-dark roast highlights the best of Honduras—earthy, vibrant, and deeply satisfying.
