Boring, stale shelf coffee? Not on our watch!
Our Nicaragua Specialty Single Origin Coffee is sunshine in a cup with a zesty little kick. Grown by smallholder farmers in the vibrant hills of Molino Norte, Matagalpa, this medium roast has personality in every sip. We’re talking rich cocoa, fresh floral aromatics, and a playful splash of citrus that keeps your taste buds curious.
It’s grown at elevations between 900 and 1,590 meters in clay-rich soil, then fully washed, fermented for 12 to 14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds to lock in its layered flavor. Made with a unique blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties, this coffee brings you a clean, balanced cup with a lively, refreshing finish. It’s smooth, vibrant, and just the right kind of bold.
☕ Fresh matters!
Most store coffee has been sitting around longer than that mystery container in your fridge. Ours is roasted fresh and shipped fast so it hits your cup at peak deliciousness.
