Grown by smallholder farmers in the lush region of Molino Norte, Matagalpa, our Nicaragua Premium Coffee offers a vibrant medium roast with natural notes of cocoa, floral aromatics, and bright citrus. Cultivated at elevations ranging from 900 to 1,590 meters in clay-rich soils, this coffee is fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds to preserve its complex flavor profile. With a unique combination of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties, this single origin coffee delivers a clean, well-balanced cup with a lively finish.
