Grown by the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino in the highlands of Piura and Amazonas, our Peru Premium Coffee offers a smooth medium roast with layered notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and bright citrus. Cultivated at elevations between 1,100 and 1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, this coffee features a diverse mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties. Carefully gully washed and sun dried, this single origin delivers a clean, well-balanced cup that highlights the vibrant complexity of Peruvian coffee.
